However due to the nature of Ecommerce, there are certain items which can not be returned due to hygienic reasons.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in it's original condition, unworn, unused i.e. in the same condition that you received it. The original packaging should also be intact.
To return your product, you should email us at email@example.com and we will provide you the return shipping instructions. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer 30 days return policy. There is no refund or exchange after 30 days.

Upon receiving your returned product, we will send you an acknowledgement receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returned item shipping
You (customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not refund shipping costs.
